BNSC has an agreement in place with Foothills Physical Therapy, one of the Treasure Valley’s top rehabilitation and medical providers for athletes. At Foothills you will see and be treated by a real PT, not the support staff. Foothills provides the Valley’s premier PT support through one on one care. Please follow the following protocol when injured:

Foothills Physical Therapy - BNSC Player Evaluation Process
· Injury occurs & player/parent speak with team coach
· Player/parent calls Foothills @ 343-4700
· Notify Foothills staff that player is an athlete with the Boise Nationals and that an evaluation of an injury is needed
· Staff will get the player in either the same day or no later than 24 hours to see a PT
· The team coach will get in touch with our contact and notify him so that we can keep track of the situation with the player and ensure (s)he is seen
· For the first visit, the player will need to have a parent along to sign paperwork
· Foothills will provide a FREE evaluation and two subsequent visits, a $250-300 value. Any visits beyond this will be billed visits.
