Next Level Foot Skills
The curriculum for this clinic is designed for players at all levels between ages 9 to 12 boys and girls from all over the state of Idaho. This will be a 2 day training clinic to help give players techniques they can continue to work on by themselves. The sessions with be at Jabil Park from 6:00 to 7:30 PM Wednesday, March 31st and Thursday, April 1st. The cost is only $25.
The goals for this course is to:
-Players get 3000 to 5000 touches on the ball within the sessions.
- Building confidence on the ball.
- Providing exercises for players to continue to work on their own.
- Providing the basic and advanced information about 1v1 moves
Session 1: Warm up, Chop move, Step over, Zico, Scissor
-Simple moves that work: Stop and go, inside/outside, Outside/inside, feints.
-Small sided games
Session 2: Warm up, Review of first session activity.
-Passing and receiving
-First touch
-One touch passing
-Small sided games
Please remember the players have to bring their own ball, indoor shoes and outdoor shoes, water.
