Tots (Ages 3-4)

For parents wanting to get their child involved in a fun environment where the kids are introduced to the game of soccer in a fun and playful way, the BNSC Tots program is the place for you.  Our Tots program is a series of five forty-five minute sessions in which lots of fun games are played with a soccer ball in some manner.  This is a great way to introduce your son or daughter to a game that could either last a lifetime, or just for five Saturdays worth of family fun!

Recreational (Ages 5-10)

The BNSC Youth League is the only one of its kind in the state of Idaho. Traditional youth leagues rely upon parent coaches to train the players in the program.  The level of coaching varies greatly and quality control is almost non-existent.  Parents who don’t want to coach are forced to coach or do without a team.  In our program, we do rely upon a parent volunteer to coach during the games, but all training is conducted by our paid, professional staff.  The Academy Director is responsible for training his staff of coaches who provide all of the training for the players in our program.  Parents who wish to coach are welcome to volunteer and assist in training the players as well.

Sessions are run two nights a week at different locations around town.  Each night is comprised of one-hour of training and one-hour of 3v3 games, to ensure development, creativity, and fun.  While every team is assigned one night as their official training night, participants in the Academy are essentially members, who are eligible to participate in as many of the sessions as they like.  Some players may choose to train once per week.  Some may train five nights a week.  On Saturdays, players play with their team in a game, coached by a parent volunteer similar to a traditional program. 

The benefits of our program to the youth soccer player are immense.  For the player who simply views soccer as an activity to have fun and be active, our coaching staff is much more adept at providing a FUN, active environment than the average parent volunteer.  Our coaches have obtained licenses and are well versed in a wide variety of activities and games that ensures that kids have fun and want to continue playing.  For the player who loves soccer and can’t get enough, they have unlimited opportunity to play, under the guidance of knowledgeable, licensed, professional coaches who will develop players and provide a level of player development simply not available in a traditional program.  So whether you are a recreational player looking to have fun, or the next international soccer star, our Academy offers an experience that you cannot find anywhere else.

Select  (Ages 8-9)

The BNSC Select Program is the next step for the advanced player.  The select program features licensed coaches for each team.  Just like competitive soccer, the select program teams train as a team with a professional coach who guides them in this key point of development.  Team compete against select, recreational, and competitive teams throughout the Treasure Valley and enjoy two training session with their coach each week.  The coach to player ratio is excellent and the coaches teach a curriculum that focuses on developing players as individuals and part of a team.  Select is an opportunity to be coached by the best coaches around and play the best competition around at an age where most programs only offer parent coaching and recreational soccer.
